Is a traditional Belgian Liege Waffle. Unlike ordinary waffles a Liege Waffle is made with a high grade flour and yeast to develop a dough with very little sugar. The dough is blended with Pearl Sugars that caramelize once it's heated in the waffle machine. It's an excellent snack or dessert that can be eaten at anytime. The crispy /crunchy exterior has a soft and warm inside thats tasty in each bite.
